SHIPPING POLICY

- Order Processing: Natures Karess, LLC. accepts orders 24/7. Orders are processed in the order received, and items are shipped approximately 48 hours after placing an order (excluding private label and wholesale orders).

- Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped from Kissimmee, FL via USPS, following standard methods. The standard processing time is 48 hours. Once processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

- Shipping Time: Orders are shipped with priority shipping (3-5 business days).

- APO/FPO Addresses: Currently, we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

- Address Verification: Orders with a shipping address different from the billing address may be subject to review. In such cases, we'll contact you, and this may cause a delay in shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

- If a package shows delivered but is missing, report the loss to the carrier within 24 hours. Any issues, including loss or theft, that may occur during the transportation by the third-party carrier are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such occurrences.

- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delays. 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If you provide an incorrect shipping address during the order placement and your package is subsequently returned to us, you, as the customer, will be responsible for any fees or charges incurred in reshipping your order. It's essential to double-check and ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate when placing your order to avoid any delays or additional costs.

Third-Party Carrier Responsibility:

We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if you choose to have your package shipped to a third-party carrier, transport, or courier company. In such cases, the responsibility for the safe and secure delivery of the package shifts to the chosen third-party carrier.
